前台很好很耐心给我了当地地图和导游建议,以后还会继续入住品牌酒店的,就是没有免费早餐呵呵是不是因为赠送的酒单所以么有早餐?

For a location that seemed to be on the outskirts of everything, the hotel was professionally run, with attentive staff and a great breakfast. Loved the aromatherapy sleep kit, particularly as this was the first night after a 32 hour trip from New Zealand.

Great business hotel, would return.

Really not happy...

Having stayed now many times at this hotel, I have decided I will look for an alternative; room was not particularly clean - hair on the bathroom floor, desk had stains and what seemed like leftovers from a meal - and I am getting really annoyed with the way the TV operates; you have to go through far too many selections before even getting to the regular TV channels, and it is very counter intuitive how it works (why can't you simply pres a certain channel number to get to your desired Channel?). When taking a shower, the whole floor in the bathroom was flooded - and the shower head was leaking. Plus the Air condition did not work properly - or at least I was not able to make it, and there were not instructions on how to.

Please also let us know directly upon your stay so that we can provide you with immediate help. I have collected your input regarding the TV channel navigation and shared with my colleagues. We are in process of changing the TV operator and by 1st quarter 2015 we shall be ready with a more easy to use system. Our 365 rooms are renovated in 2010 and held in a classic modern style. The bathroom are designed in order to prevent water to spill over. Our own technics team can support you immediately when coming across technical issues of any kind. 房间安排有误,原本给作为白金会员的我安排套房,结果把套房给了随行的伙伴,当时还再三在前台确认过的。浴室水龙头工作不正常,水花四溅。就餐还是不错的,无论是食物品质还是环境。
