Great hotel with friendly professional staff

Upon arriving at the property we noticed the interior and exterior were well maintained and clean. The front desk staff was very professional and courteous. The room was clean and updated with new furniture.

When returning to this area in the future we will defiantly stay at this property again.

Quality has slipped

Didn't feel welcome by front desk staff, bathroom counter had dried makeup smeared across it from a previous guest. Wall paper in guest room was peeling, lamp shades had holes in them, a mechanical panel door on the wall near the thermostat had rusty water stains running down it. Limited choices for room service. Have stayed at this location multiple times in the past. Quality has slipped. I doubt I will consider this hotel for any future stays. I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt but after staying here at least three times, it seems the quality drops with each stay.

Best Hotel Experience In Ages

Crowne Plaza stay contributed significantly to the success of my recent business travel. My work as a consultant can be exhausting, so being able to relax and rest is vital to me. Crowne Plaza provided that opportunity. My room was super clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful... actually remembering me as I came and left the building... offering a friendly smile or wave. Honestly, they made me feel like I had a team behind me. I had not expected such an experience... but I welcome it wholeheartedly.
