La estadia en general fue muy placentera. El servicio, las instalaciones, la variedad en la comida y los empleados hicieron muy grata la estancia en su pais.

Buena experiencia con aspectos mejorables

Buena impresión en general, habiaciones cómodas y limpias.

Desayuno muy completo y personal muy atento.

Cafetería muy agradable, pero servicio lento en venir la primera vez, era más interesane la conversación que mantenían entre ellos.

Mejorable: ¿porque las tomas de corriente en la mesa de trabajo son enchufes planos tipo USA si estamos en Chile? Tuvimos que desconectar varias lámparas y la televisión para poder conectar celular, PC, etc.

Los pasillos necesitan una nueva capa de pintura.

All I can say for my money I stayed in a filthy , not friendly hotel the gym is a joke, filthy place with tons of unfriendly people

Centrally Located, but needs improving

The hotel is quite centrally located, close to many sightseeing and famous landmarks. It's within the walkable distance from many of them. However, the hotel is a bit old and needs refurbishing. Some improvements have been made, but there should be more. The room was quite spacious and offered good sleeping quality. Choose higher floors for stunning views of the city and the Andes.
