Great breakfast and comfortable, clean rooms

On a whole the stay was great. The only part that I felt was not as good was the organised buffet dinner on Saturday night which was lacking and the food provided in the meeting rooms for the conference. Staff were amazing and really went out of their way to help.

Airconditioning didn't work

The airconditioning didn't work for the first 3 days we were at the hotel and we were moved to the better room only after 2 nights. This is despite the fact that we were travelling with 2 kids and caused us huge inconvenience for the first 2 nights.

The hotel should have moved us to the next room category if there were no rooms available for the guest room category but that didn't happen.

The duty manager even refused to waive or refund any money for the days we were staying without the airconditioning facility.
