Thanks for a wonderul stay

Overall am happy with the stay. The free laundry/ironing service on arrival was a nice touch. The staff do try and that's what counts. However consistency is the key. eg breakfast - one morning tea/coffee refills was well taken care off. The next morning ditto.

Good but not amazing

The room and food were good but the price for value was completely off the mark! No free wifi and the exurbanite price for wifi is a realer detractor to this property. The proper is clean and well presented however the early close on the pool and no spa are also issues which make other properties seem more attractive.

Great service

The hotel is a bit run down but the staff there more than make up for this with their attentiveness and friendly attitude. The food is good, though I think it is time for a change in the menu.

Very nice stay which is always good when you are there on business.

I have been staying here frequently for over 12 years. This hotel is great for its location but is now well over due for an upgrade.
The rooms all have a smell ti them when you walk in & is there always. Its a musty smell, although its not too bad on the executive floors.
* Pool area is OK but lacks "atmosphere"
* Food has improved over the years & really is good. At least we have a choice of food venues. The Rappella is excellent
* Club lounge is good & services , especially staff are very helpful.
* Gym is OK but equipment needs some maintenance.
* During my last stay we experienced a lengthy power outage. Its not uncommon in POM, Normally power returns within a minute but for a major hotel to experience a lengthy power cut brings back the issue of maintenance & maybe a complete review of the facilities infrastructure.
