Lots of issues

dog next to my room who barked all night on the 8th floor (even though the pet floor was the 5th)
dirty plate on the breakfast buffet
Bartender was unfriendly
Onion soup and bacon wrapped scallops were good
Ordered a bottle of wine for my room but no wine bucket for it
Internet was incredibly slow..in fact so slow I quite working.
Someone had set the alarm clock to go off at 3 am and it did! (guess I should have checked that)

Dear Dr. JC; Thank you for bringing the details of your recent visit to our attention. We are really sorry that we did not provide the level of service you should expect at a Crowne Plaza. We've addressed all of the items you mentioned, in order to ensure that everything is corrected for future guests. We are pet friendly; however we were unaware that a guest had brought their dog to their room on the eighth floor. Had we been aware of the barking, we would have taken care of the situation as quickly as possible. We've reviewed the restaurant / bar items individually. The wine buckets were actually just an internal miscommunication, but that's no excuse for you not having one for your wine. Our staff is typically quite friendly. Please accept our apologies for falling short during your visit to the restaurant. We have good news regarding our internet. We are in the final stages of a complete overhaul with our internet provider, and we will have one of the best internet services in the area once we are finished. We certainly do understand the importance of quick and reliable connectivity, and we are sorry that your experience was sub-par. Again, we do appreciate that you have taken time to provide detailed feedback regarding your visit. We use this information to both correct shortfalls and to recognize exceptional service.
