Overall, I was very pleased with this property and would use it again. Travel frequently and stay near the PHX Sky Harbor Airport and this would be a good choice for me.

Good, clean business hotel. Only downside were the pillows. IHG needs to figure out some comfortable ones. Would stay again

Nice hotal, poor room housekeeping

Upon arrival I found an empty soda can on the bathroom conter and dirty yogurt container in the room's garbage can. Made the room uncomfortable and felt like it was dirty during my stay.

No internet connection

I visited this hotel during my stay for the Grace Hopper Conference. During all the days of my stay there, internet connection did not work. I contacted the internet services every day of my stay and they couldn't do anything about this. I explained that I was there for a business travel and it was very important for me to work, however they were unable to offer a solution for 4 whole days.

The hotel was at full capacity and my room was cleaned after 3.00pm which was a big problem for me since I wanted to get some rest during the afternoon.

More than that there was a bad smell in all the 9th floor of the hotel and inside the rooms.

I also visited the restaurant of the hotel to have breakfast and it turned out awful as well. My food smelt so bad, so I immediately returned it back.

Overall I had a very bad experience and I highly recommend NOT to visit it ever!
