Great Staff

Excellent service, first class attention to details. Hotel is a bit away from the heart of Perth, and getting a bit dated.

Otherwise, a good hotel choice in Perth.

working stay

Great staff , nice hotel but the fitness center needs some weights and to be bigger or the hotel should have an agreement with the 24hr a day YMCA gym down the road as it has all you need and is open 24/7 where as the hotel one doesn't open until 0630hrs so its hard for the early morning session and with no weights is lacking for lifters.

Waiting on staff

We had dinner in the Restaurant and our waiter was working for his first night. Unfortunately he seemed to be at a loss as to what to do and looked very nervous. Hopefully he will improve with the proper training re: how to serve wine properly etc.
