Waiting on staff

We had dinner in the Restaurant and our waiter was working for his first night. Unfortunately he seemed to be at a loss as to what to do and looked very nervous. Hopefully he will improve with the proper training re: how to serve wine properly etc.

Concierge

Chose this hotel as we were travelling whilst in Australia. We were able to leave part of our luggage at the hotel whilst away. Concierge were excellent in providing this service

Location & Comfort

We arrived by accident as we actually thought we were staying somewhere else. However this hotel was full of surprises. The location is perfect, looking out onto Langley Park and the Swan River, but oh so quiet with no traffic interference. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who (along with all the staff we came across) gave the impression she loved her job and wanted us to have a fantastic guest experience. We were offered an upgrade which we happily accepted. We met friends and enjoyed the atmoshere of the Happy hour and also dined in for dinner and breakfast.
Our room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable.
It was great to see a good number of staff as I have noticed in other places we have stayed there seems to be a skeleton crew who have to do everything and this stress affects guests.
Congratulations to you all as you are certainly achieving the desired result for guest satisfaction.
