Not 8 miles to internaional airport as website stated

Website stated this hotel is 8 or 9 miles from international airport. Based on my actual experience, it maybe about 40 miles away from Osaka Kansai international hotel because it took almost one hour bus ride to reach airport from airport bus station that is nearby hotel.

Accommodating a family of five

The hotel presented much as it does from the website. Had a problem with bedding for one of the two rooms that was resolved quickly once I bought to attention of the desk staff.

Level of English was lower than my expectations and resulted in some communications issues that we resolved mostly though mime.

Pricing for the restaurants was too expensive forcing us to seek alternatives outside the hotel, not a good strategy on the behalf of the hotel.

Local shuttle bus service was excellent.

这是第二次来大阪入住该酒店,第一次印象尚可考虑到交通较方便本次继续入住。但基本上完全没有门童服务,我们大包小包拎下车拎进酒店完全没有人服务。前台并没有因为白金卡客户而早做准备我们晚上11点过到达酒店前台等了很长时间进行房间安排。去OSAKA Station的穿梭BUS还迟到,而且等候的人非常多。前台任何白金卡客户的待遇都没有告知我,待我进行询问时才说有赠饮至于欢迎水果及其他待遇完全没有。本次入住很失望,相信下次不会再住这家酒店了。

熱水

整體來說不錯,但1801房浴室熱水會忽大忽小,溫度不好控制,且窗外有一新建大樓白天會有噪音,其餘均算是不錯
