Stay in Osaka in February 2015 as platinum member

Receptionists showed a touch of arrogance. We had the impression that they only pretended not to understand our English when asking requests. Although we never had such problems anywhere else around the world.

There was no recognizable benefit for a platinum member (except for two complimentary bottles of water...)

We were not very amused about the fact, that pool access is only for an extra charge. We never had this in any other country!

Nice hotel but a little pricey

Had a one night stay in the club room. Room was reasonably sized for Japan standards with a nice view of the river.
Furniture looks a little dated.
Mattress is comfortable.
Club lounge is spacious but food limited for tea and breakfast.
Location of hotel is ok.
Staff is friendly.
