I would to state that I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel.
I specifically booked my one-night stay so that the kids can make use of the pool and have a nice stay.
However, on our arrival we went to the pool but unfortunately the water was cold and the kids couldn’t enjoy themselves due to the coldness of the water.
I went to the front desk and told them the situation but no one was able to fix the heater in order for the pool to get warmer! My kids were cold all the time!
As well, the pool was closed at 7:00pm and everyone had to leave the area. Hence, as you can see I was not satisfied with my stay and we did not get to enjoy our vacation time. I hope that you would consider compensation in a certain way.

I booked the Crowne Plaza expecting a very nice hotel, and as I would be leaving early the next day, the lack of free breakfast was not an issue. The front desk was very warm and friendly. The lobby looked very nice (ignoring the construction at the front door) The dinner at the restaurant was very good for both the food and ambience for the price. However, the room itself was very disappointing. The bed/mattress felt like it was a much lower brand of hotel. There were breadcrumbs in the cradle of the phone that I noticed when I wanted to request a wake up call. And the worst thing for me was the huge crack down the middle of the wash basin in the bathroom.
