the staff was helpful
But the next time i do prefer to find my fruit basket and the welcome ready in my room not to call and ask for it

The hotel advertise parking space while it should be stated as "limited parking" as it's not available at peak periods.
The Club Lounge is often locked and not accessible by guests. Should you require to access it, a "helpful" staff member will come to unlock the front door and leave you with a dark and unattended lounge! You have to turn on lights and enjoy being in vacuum as there is not even water on offer! I wonder the hotel's view of offering exclusive services to its guest in such manner.
