Great Stay

Great stay, and surprisingly quiet considering how large the hotel was and its proximity to the airport. Definitely will stay here again in the future.The only thing that would have made my stay better would have been if they offered a complimentary breakfast.

Great place for a conference. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is for the hotel to invest in mini refrigerators in each room.

not what I would expect for the price

When making the reservation I was signed up as a member of this without really knowing why or what this is as I was staying one night. Then I was promised a confirmation email of the reservation- which I still never Got. MJ was great at confirming my reservation - however upon arrival I got keys to a room already in use!
There was a hole in the carpet in our room - very surprised at that.
Security Staff was great in handling the fire alarm incident with all of the guests- especially since most were in wheel chairs.
However, when spending almost $50 on breakfast - I was rather put off by room service staff asking me to put our tray outside the room before we left.
