To many events at the same time


October 29, 2014

I was here for a conference and the facility had a beauty pageant going at the same time. The pageant had a portion held near my room and I had people standing outside my room all night and then parties till 3 am. Security finally shut things down. What a night. I did get a break on bill from hotel though.

Taking care of another Loyal Customer

It is hard to explain how well I am treated at the Crown Plaza. I couldn't ask for anything more they are very special people. Their employees are always helpful. I have never had any problems at this site.

Bad front desk experience

My only problem with my stay was the check in/out service.

When I checked in, I was the only person in line and the desk person (there was only 1) was doing some paperwork and ignoring me for about 5 minutes. Clearly paperwork was more important than a live person. There was another person at the VIP desk but they didn't offer to help me either even thought they weren't helping anyone.

And I had a similar experience for a late check out. I was told to get a new key for my late checkout because my old key wouldn't work after 11am. So I stood in line behind 1 other person who was making a new reservation which took a while. Then when it was my turn a person cut in to ask the desk person for a new key. And the desk person made me wait while they helped this person who seemed to have a problem with a key the clerk had given them earlier. I waited about 10 minutes just to have a new key made so I could grab my luggage out of my room.

Great Service, Space, People - Just outstanding

I stayed at the Crowne Plaza while attending a conference on a very reasonable conference rate. The experience was excellent - great service, room, the food served as part of the conference was not the usual hotel fare - it was excellent. Also the servers all of them and most of them older women were amazingly helpful, friendly, efficient and just wonderful. I would stay here again anytime. Sooooo much better than my recent experiences with competitors and much more reasonably priced. Thank you for being excellent.
