Wonderful Experience at Kobe Crowne Plaza

It was my first time staying with Crowne Plaza Kobe. But as expected from Crowne Plaza hotels, service was magnificent, dinner was especially great and the location very conveniently close to the train station.
Overall it was a wonderful experience. Looking forward to staying there again.

Incredible Service

Staff are the most important element of any stay and the staff at the Kobe Crowne Plaza were up there the best staff I think I have experienced in many years of travel.

The hotel was the usual good Crowne Plaza standard with most of the business facilities you would expect.

The internet went down a couple of times during my stay which was problematic but again the staff did there best to help.

Would definitely recommend this hotel

Lunch service

I did not take the buffet but had a la carte with my friend.
Problem was it took a long time for the food to come.
And my friend was not finished when another waiter came to take the plate away.

I guess this could be the shortage of waiters.

The room of this hotel is very nice. However, a shower head in the bathroom is relatively poor. Fruits and sweets are provided if you are an IHG platinum or gold member in your room.
