The staffs at the hotel were good. There were two issues that went on during my stay:
1. When i approached the front desk I was originally told to leave my laundry bag in the room next morning, and it will be picked up. Eventually it was not picked up and I was told that I should leave it with the front desk.
2. There was a pipe burst at 2:00am which had the fire alarm going for over an hour before it was disabled. the alarm went off again at 3:30am and 4:30am, i lost my whole night's sleep.

We enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza EWR. Very high quality room furnishings and comfortable bedding. There was no airport noise and we enjoyed a good night's rest, despite the early morning wake-up.
The only downside is that there is no free breakfast option for early departures (even though our rate included this). Providing guests with a credit at the 24-hour cafe, or even providing lunch bags for early departures (which I'm sure are frequent here) would go a long way in setting this hotel apart from the competition. Would have loved to experience the hotel's dining, but they do not begin serving until 7 AM.
Fast and frequent shuttle service. It took about 10 minutes to get to the hotel, and we waited no more than 5 minutes at the P4 parking stop. I would recommend this hotel.
