Hotel Needs an Update

Nice staff, but the room needs and update. Dirty carpet and bathroom. Brown water came out of the shower when I turned it on. Tub also didn't drain well.

Thank you for the feedback. We recognize the need to update some of the conditions offerings in the hotel and are completing a plan to do so. Great Staff! Everything that I needed to make my stay comfortable had occurred. Our only problem was the breakfast that was available for IHG Members after 8:30 AM. If you got up there early, it was fine, but when my Wife and Children went up there at 8:45 AM, their choices were slim to none. No cereal, overcooked bacon, no bagels either. Fortunately, the front desk took care of breakfast for my Family, in the restaurant..
