Need more help

This hotel seems to need more staff. Breakfast buffet is understaffed, have to beg to find someone with coffee. Why not just put it on the buffet so don't have to chase the non existent help? Room had no bath towels. We asked about this, the lady brought two bath mats and said that's all they had, they were out of towels. Dining and bar staff act like they are being disturbed because they have a customer. At lunchtime there was only one server for the whole bar area, wait times caused many in our group to leave and go elsewhere.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We found the Hotel to be very clean with several areas throughout the hotel to sit and relax. The staff was polite and helpful. The one disappointment I had was that the room assignments seemed to be very disorganized. We were given a room and told we could switch to another room later in the evening. The room was actually not ready until the next day. This was somewhat inconvenient. There was to be a block of rooms for the guests and even though I had called several times before our stay to request the quests' rooms be located together in the block, the guests' rooms were scattered over several floors and not together as expected.
