My goal was to have a very comfortable and peaceful time away from home - we did just that at Crowne. Housekeeping were especially attentive in ensuring the room looked immaculate each time we returned back to the room and Room Service so efficient/prompt. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be returning to Crowne Plaza again in the near future. Thank you again for your warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 8 months. The previous 2 stays have been very good in both hotel quality and staff customer service, however on the last occasion, my room was right near the very noisy elevator (contrary to my Ambassador profile requests), the room was not upgraded even though I was told it was and there was no status recognition either on check in or check out. The staff in fact were rude and short. A very disappointing stay.
