WiFi users BEWARE

The hotel is not much better than staying at a Holiday Inn Express and cost far more. WiFi access was horrible. Very difficult to connect to WiFi, then frequent loss of connection making it impossible for those of us who needed to connect for work (or any other purpose). Because of the poor WiFi, I would not recommend this hotel and do not plan to stay there in the future.

I have traveled cross country staying at many motels and other hotels and have never had any difficulty with WiFi.

Very disappointed in my stay

It was my 1st visit to Philadelphia and I was very disappointed in the stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel. There was sufficient room to accommodate queen sized beds but there were two double beds instead. Also there was a huge space that obviously could have held a couch but there was none. Additionally there was no compact sized refrigerator. To get some ice we had to go all the way to the 2nd floor I believe. It was just not a pleasant stay. By comparison we stayed at (2) Holiday Inns. I had no problems, and the stays were quite enjoyable. The fist one was in Delaware and we promptly moved out of your hotel and chose to go to another Holiday Inn where I had no complaints. Very disappointed in my stay at Crown Plaza, will not be back

the room was great and clean but woke up in middle of night freezing to find out AC was broke because the OFF position it was still blowing cold air. to my surprise room didnt have a fridge , disapointing . I had to go get a bucket of ice in ice machine in hallway to keep my bevrages cold.

Love this place. Very warm and welcoming. I had to stay for six weeks on a business trip. Felt like home. Every individual is attentive and friendly. Exceptionally clean as well. Very, very convenient location.
