Hotel location downtown is great and right next to Tram Route 35 for visiting the inner city area.

Staff was excellent especially reception check-in by Simon.
Location is very good, our room didn't have the best view and there was a strand of hair on one of the side tables. We didn't have breakfast included so unable to comment on food. Other than that, no complains and would recommend for location.

Perfect Week

Spent a week with Crowne Plaza while I attended the Watchtower Convention. We had a fabulous time. The staff were 10 out of 10 for courtesy and efficiency no matter what time of day.
From the Reception Desk to the Dining Room and everyone in between, we couldn't fault your pleasant staff. As far as the breakfast goes, don't get me started! Had to be the best selection/presentation I've yet to enjoy. Thank you all John, Sarah, Connie, Chef Ann and all those smiling faces that got our mornings off to great start. Will definitely recommend you to others and certainly come again to be spoiled.
