Just Fair

Nice location with walking distance to work. This is the main reason to choose this hotel to avoid the traffic during rush hour.

Unfortunately, the room condition is actually quite old with somehow lack of maintenance.

I've been staying to this hotel two times. Both of them, I had to request for the room changing because of water leaking from the ceiling (air-con system) for the first time, and the second was also water leaking from the spray hose for toilet together with broken fridge.
