Perfect for us

This was perfect for us. We parked our car in the garage and then were away overseas for 2 weeks. There were several snowstorms while we were gone and it was great to have our car protected. When we returned we slept in a great comfortable and quiet room for 8 hours and then headed home.
The shuttle drivers were courteous and prompt.
We couldn't have asked for more.

Impressive Staff

We were in town for a family emergency. While we were dealing with the stress of this situation, we found the staff to be genuinely kind and caring. Every staff member looked us in the eye and smiled and said hello as we passed them. The manager was very kind and helpful with our check in and finding us a good rate. The room was comfortable and clean. We will be traveling to this area several more times this year and will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with impeccable customer care

after an intercontinental flight I was required to stay in a hotel at Dulles Airport as the airport shut down after a snow storm. I chose this hotel because it had a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel & back; and didn't regret it at all. Few mins drive to the hotel; and checked in really efficiently.... just how i like it

The whole team, including Carlos, Mark and Ashley, helped to achieve my goal (having a care free night after a 10 hours flight and a lot of stress at the airport). I got upgraded to recognise my platinum status. Great room. slept like a baby. was able to organise something for breakfast and could get a good drink & snack at the club floor. Thanks for the good care
