Bathroom

Everything about my stay was excellent except the lighting in the bathroom. Obviously designed by a male. Women who wear makeup need brighter lighting. :-)

Cleanliness Was Down....

On February 21st, my husband and I stayed over night in your hotel. We have stayed and enjoyed our visits to your hotel in the past.
But, I'm afraid we found shaving hair in the bathroom basin and there was mold on the shower curtain.. The rugs in the hall were not that clean. We do realize it is winter but we are sure it could have been kept up a little better. Would we come back? Yes, but will check out the room before staying in it next time. My husband told the front desk about it on the following morning. They wanted to do something, but we were in a hurry and had already packed and in the car ready to go!
We hope this helps your cleaning staff, it just wasn't a good experience this time.

Friendly staff and nice, comfortable room

My stay at the Crowne Plaza was very nice. Staff was friendly and efficient, room was very nice with a huge comfortable bed. The only problem I had was having to go back down to the lobby upon returning to the hotel after my night out due to the fact that my room key was not working.
